Deep Retrofit

       This project involved a comprehensive deep retrofit and renovation, transforming the home from a C1 to an A1 BER rating and significantly improving its comfort and energy performance. The works included attic, cavity wall and external wall insulation, alongside new windows and doors, mechanical ventilation and an air-to-water heat pump. Careful airtightness measures were also carried out throughout the property to help improve overall efficiency and create a warmer, more comfortable living environment. The result is a highly energy-efficient home, upgraded for long-term comfort and modern living.​
