Deep Retrofit & Renovation

This project was a complete deep retrofit and renovation, bringing together energy efficiency, comfort and thoughtful design to create a home ready for modern living. We upgraded the property with an air-to-water heat pump, heat recovery ventilation, improved floor insulation and comprehensive airtightness measures, alongside a solar PV system to improve its energy performance. New windows and doors further enhanced the home, while carpentry, engineered flooring and a full internal and external paint finish brought a fresh, considered feel to the spaces. The project was completed with an E-Car charging point, creating a more efficient and future-ready home from the inside out.​
